Dr Hernandez is on it! We are not young and as we change he explains. We are frequent flyers, we are there weekly. He is always happy to see us and asks questions like we weren’t just there. This has kept us on our toes and catches stuff we once in awhile forget! Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Truly you can’t do better!!

When the chips are down and you are in the hospital and Dr. Hernandez walks in the door to help guide your care and get you better, and that is everything. Two stays in the hospital for a weird infections that took someone that is never sick to 10 days in the hospital. You need a doctor that can oversee these challenging situations and help YOU! It was my understanding that Dr Marsh referred me to Dr Stark. When he was ill Dr Hernandez covered for him. I NEVER AGREED to retain Dr Hernandez, especially when he prescribed $150 medication, not covered by insurance with no explanation about side effects, purpose or any other info. I am not used to being treated like that. He refused to call Dr Wu when I requested it. He did not know the extent of my surgeries either, nor did he appear to care. I do not understand why this doctor change was made without my consent and I would appreciate an explanation. I was under the misguided info that my doctor was Dr Stark and no one had the courtesy nor respect to explain the change. This is not what has existed at Premier prior to this. When I have never needed decent care as much as now I do not understand this type of behavior by a professional. I could not be more concerned.

Dr. Stark is the first physician who did not prejudge me, but listened to me intently, asked me questions, and became my partner in my healthcare. I respect him very much as a physician. I had a condition other Docs dismissed as due to being overweight. I was getting desperate with my pain and shortness of breath. Dr. Stark diagnosed it with a simple XRAY which others had said was not necessary. The office runs very well and the nurses are kind and professional.

I’m glad she was available. I have symptoms of UTI and she prescribed medicine. So far i had 3 fevers and show signs of not as foggy. Trying bare it out.. hopefully it its better in the next three days.

I’ve been a patient at this office for many years, but this was my first time working with Nurse Practitioner Aida Mahfood — and I cannot say enough good things about her. When I first saw Aida, my blood sugar was dangerously out of control. From day one, she showed an incredible level of care, making frequent calls to my home just to check on me. She kept me fully informed of every test result and always let me know if there was anything I needed to be concerned about. Thanks to her attentive guidance and unwavering support, I went from type 1 diabetes levels to pre-diabetic numbers in about 5 months — something I didn’t think was possible. I feel truly comfortable and cared for with Aida, and I couldn’t be more grateful. I’m healthier today because of her. She’s simply the best.

Dr. Hernandez just wanted me in and out. I came in April 7th with symptoms of nausea, body aches, and chills and just got my blood and urine sample taken and then he wanted to send me on my way. I had to call Dr. Hernandez back in to let him know that my back pain was really bad and he prescribed me muscle relaxers and an arthritis ointment to put on my back. I wasn’t given an influenza test or Covid test. It’s now April 11th I’m still sick as I was when I went in and I blame that due to the negligent care of Dr. Hernandez. I should have been prescribed medicine that would help my case not just random muscle relaxers that don’t even work. Beyond disappointed.

Dr. Marsh is very intuitive and has provided me with the best medical care of my life.

The wait time was only 10 min. and the nurse was very efficient. The time in the waiting room was short and Dr. Marsh was very personable and caring. I would highly recommend Premier Medical and Dr. Marsh.

Thorough step by step review of all tests, prescriptions, blood, scans, etc. Every time we sit down, I’m annoyed he hasn’t been my Dr. forever.

I could not reach my urologist, so immediately called Dr. Marsh, who squeezed me in to his filled calander. He listened first and then did everything my complaint called for; prescribed the appropriate medication and providing the information for setting up a urogram. However, a day later the situation worsened and I had to visit an emergency room and was admitted for observation.

Aida was professional and kind. Although she couldn't see the issue in my throat, because it was nearly gone, she still advised me to consider returning to the ENT Dr I had seen last year. Also, when a medical call came through, which I was also waiting for, Aida attended to another patient. Very kind! (Normally, I have my phone ringer OFF in the office. This was an exception.)

Dr. Hernandez is a good doctor who is always happy to see you with a warm smile and shakes your hands. He listens to your problems and checks you up before making recommendations or suggestions. I trust him and I know you will too.

They used to be good about requiring masks. Now most of the doctors and nurses do not wear high quality respirators, or any mask for that matter. Patients are not required to wear a mask. One nurse was coughing but took my temperature. I want them to understand the importance of reducing airborne illnesses. Masking and true HEPA filters in all rooms would go a long way.

Dr Hernandez is simply the best! I’m an Aussie living in the US and have been here 18 years and when go to see him I feel like I’m seeing my family doctor back home. He takes his time and takes such care, is so knowledgeable and very kind and if you have to wait a little while, it’s because he is so thorough and really makes sure every patient is seen to properly! Aida was terrific. Personable, pleasant, thorough, etc. She asked all the appropriate question including specifics on how to take prescribed medications. On the down side, the assistant Alex was horrible. Didn’t seem to care about whether she was there or not. Set me up for a breathing treatment. Didn’t tell if there was a specific way to breath, normal or deep breathing, how long it would take … nothing. Just walked out. Was breathing so long I spent the last 5 minutes breathing with no vapor. Another assistant finally returned and took me off. If I owned that practice, she would be unemployed post haste.

Dr. Marsh is fantastic, he spends time listening, he has a great bedside manner and he has a solution for whatever my concerns are. That is why he has been my physician for over 15 years. Hope he never retires.

The current consultation with Dr Marsh was excellent he listened and was able to diagnosis my problem within a few minutes. The problem was the parking lot. There is no longer an attendant. There was someone parked behind me so I couldn’t get out. I went inside Dr Marsh’s office and announced the make of the car. No one responded. I then had to find other offices. Finally found the right office. It took over 30 minutes for me to move my car! Horrible situation. Do not park in.
