It was my understanding that Dr Marsh referred me to Dr Stark. When he was ill Dr Hernandez covered for him. I NEVER AGREED to retain Dr Hernandez, especially when he prescribed $150 medication, not covered by insurance with no explanation about side effects, purpose or any other info. I am not used to being treated like that. He refused to call Dr Wu when I requested it. He did not know the extent of my surgeries either, nor did he appear to care. I do not understand why this doctor change was made without my consent and I would appreciate an explanation. I was under the misguided info that my doctor was Dr Stark and no one had the courtesy nor respect to explain the change. This is not what has existed at Premier prior to this. When I have never needed decent care as much as now I do not understand this type of behavior by a professional. I could not be more concerned.

Dr. Stark is the first physician who did not prejudge me, but listened to me intently, asked me questions, and became my partner in my healthcare. I respect him very much as a physician. I had a condition other Docs dismissed as due to being overweight. I was getting desperate with my pain and shortness of breath. Dr. Stark diagnosed it with a simple XRAY which others had said was not necessary. The office runs very well and the nurses are kind and professional.

Had my reservations seeing a nurse practitioner, but she was excellent and felt very comfortable. She took her time with me and I felt in good hands. Will definitely see her again if Dr Stark is not available. Kudos to the job she’s doing

I’m glad she was available. I have symptoms of UTI and she prescribed medicine. So far i had 3 fevers and show signs of not as foggy. Trying bare it out.. hopefully it its better in the next three days.

When I first saw Aida, my blood sugar was dangerously out of control. From day one, she showed an incredible level of care, making frequent calls to my home just to check on me. She kept me fully informed of every test result and always let me know if there was anything I needed to be concerned about. Thanks to her attentive guidance and unwavering support, I went from type 1 diabetes levels to pre-diabetic numbers in about 5 months — something I didn’t think was possible. Dr. Hernandez just wanted me in and out. I came in April 7th with symptoms of nausea, body aches, and chills and just got my blood and urine sample taken and then he wanted to send me on my way. I had to call Dr. Hernandez back in to let him know that my back pain was really bad and he prescribed me muscle relaxers and an arthritis ointment to put on my back. I wasn’t given an influenza test or Covid test. It’s now April 11th I’m still sick as I was when I went in and I blame that due to the negligent care of Dr. Hernandez. I should have been prescribed medicine that would help my case not just random muscle relaxers that don’t even work. Beyond disappointed.

Dr. Marsh is very intuitive and has provided me with the best medical care of my life.

Thorough step by step review of all tests, prescriptions, blood, scans, etc. Every time we sit down, I’m annoyed he hasn’t been my Dr. forever.

I could not reach my urologist, so immediately called Dr. Marsh, who squeezed me in to his filled calander. He listened first and then did everything my complaint called for; prescribed the appropriate medication and providing the information for setting up a urogram. However, a day later the situation worsened and I had to visit an emergency room and was admitted for observation.

Everything was good, but I asked about why I fell asleep when I'm in a crowd. Nothing came of it. Several of my friends were worried that something was wrong with me. It seems that all my blood work was good but is there a reason for this to happen.

Dr. Stark takes time to listen to your concerns and offers advice or a solution. You never feel rushed. He truly cares about your well being.

I love that he took the time to go over and explain my test results with me. This could have been done by a NP or one of the staff, but he didn't. It was a very personal service.

Taken on time for an impromptu appointment, prescribed a medication, and I was on my way!

I had a recent health emergency that required a specialist, so I went to see Dr Marsh. Dr Marsh is both effectual And empathic. As a retired nurse, I’ve known and worked for MDs for 40 years, I can be pretty picky. Dr Marsh is the best of the best. You know he’s an excellent MD, but his personal evident care for his patients always impresses me. Dr Marsh cares for his patients, but he also cares About his patients. He’s a great doctor, and a truly good human being as well.

Doctor Stark is a very good doctor! Very knowledgeable and caring! He wants to make a plan to make a change to your health conditions! He’s been my Doctor for years and I won’t change any time soon!!
