I had to get preop blood work, EKG, and Chest x-ray done. I am thrilled that I can do all of that in the same location. It makes it so much easier on the patient. As usual everyone was friendly, and helpful.

Visiting Dr. M. Marsh is always great. He is kind, spends time listening to the patient and nothing gets past him! I'm so glad that he is my physician and that's why I travel 20 miles to see him. He's been taking good care of me for almost 15 years. That speaks for itself. The back office staff, especially Marjorie and Bianca are amazing and go out of their way to assist.

Dr Hernandez is on it! We are not young and as we change he explains. We are frequent flyers, we are there weekly. He is always happy to see us and asks questions like we weren’t just there. This has kept us on our toes and catches stuff we once in awhile forget! Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Truly you can’t do better!!

It was my understanding that Dr Marsh referred me to Dr Stark. When he was ill Dr Hernandez covered for him. I NEVER AGREED to retain Dr Hernandez, especially when he prescribed $150 medication, not covered by insurance with no explanation about side effects, purpose or any other info. I am not used to being treated like that. He refused to call Dr Wu when I requested it. He did not know the extent of my surgeries either, nor did he appear to care. I do not understand why this doctor change was made without my consent and I would appreciate an explanation. I was under the misguided info that my doctor was Dr Stark and no one had the courtesy nor respect to explain the change. This is not what has existed at Premier prior to this. When I have never needed decent care as much as now I do not understand this type of behavior by a professional. I could not be more concerned.

Dr. Stark is the first physician who did not prejudge me, but listened to me intently, asked me questions, and became my partner in my healthcare. I respect him very much as a physician. I had a condition other Docs dismissed as due to being overweight. I was getting desperate with my pain and shortness of breath. Dr. Stark diagnosed it with a simple XRAY which others had said was not necessary. The office runs very well and the nurses are kind and professional.

It is rare nowadays to find a doctor that exceeds your expectations in every way. Dr. Bruce is the coolest down to earth physician that I've been to. He spent a lot of time with me. I’m glad she was available. I have symptoms of UTI and she prescribed medicine. So far i had 3 fevers and show signs of not as foggy. Trying bare it out.. hopefully it its better in the next three days.

When I first saw Aida, my blood sugar was dangerously out of control. From day one, she showed an incredible level of care, making frequent calls to my home just to check on me. She kept me fully informed of every test result and always let me know if there was anything I needed to be concerned about. Thanks to her attentive guidance and unwavering support, I went from type 1 diabetes levels to pre-diabetic numbers in about 5 months — something I didn’t think was possible. I feel truly comfortable and cared for with Aida, and I couldn’t be more grateful. I’m healthier today because of her. She’s simply the best.

Dr. Hernandez just wanted me in and out. I came in April 7th with symptoms of nausea, body aches, and chills and just got my blood and urine sample taken and then he wanted to send me on my way. I had to call Dr. Hernandez back in to let him know that my back pain was really bad and he prescribed me muscle relaxers and an arthritis ointment to put on my back. I wasn’t given an influenza test or Covid test. It’s now April 11th I’m still sick as I was when I went in and I blame that due to the negligent care of Dr. Hernandez. I should have been prescribed medicine that would help my case not just random muscle relaxers that don’t even work. Beyond disappointed.

Dr. Marsh is very intuitive and has provided me with the best medical care of my life.

Dr Starks is a great doctor, he wants to know his patients to give them the best treatment possible. The wait time is never very long and I am always able to get an appointment same day if I wake up sick. The office staff is extremely helpful, to get you in and to get you to a specialist if needed.

Thorough step by step review of all tests, prescriptions, blood, scans, etc. Every time we sit down, I’m annoyed he hasn’t been my Dr. forever.

I could not reach my urologist, so immediately called Dr. Marsh, who squeezed me in to his filled calander. He listened first and then did everything my complaint called for; prescribed the appropriate medication and providing the information for setting up a urogram. However, a day later the situation worsened and I had to visit an emergency room and was admitted for observation.

Dr Marsh is the best. I needed a doctor that I could relate to and he fit the bill. He sits down, talks to you, looks you over and communicates with you. That's the way he is. That is something that is becoming rarer and rarer. So, would I recommend/refer him someone--Yes, in a heartbeat!
