Dr. Marsh is a very sweet and nice doctor takes time with you makes you feel like you are really being Attended to. The only complaint I have that every time I call them they immediately put me on hold for like five minutes besides that They are great

This was my first visit . I moved to Burbank from mid city a few years ago. From the front desk on, friendly and efficient. I felt seen and listened to by Dr. Hernandez and we moved forward with some of the tests for an overall medical exam. We are following up with results of tests, he renewed my high blood pressure prescription, and gave me referrals for the rest of the tests and consultations to complete my overall exams. I feel confident I have chosen the right doctor.

I have been seeing Dr. Stark for the past 4+ years. I was referred to him by a pain management Dr. in my area who wasn't able to assist me. I was dealing with some serious back pain and ended up needing a complete spinal reconstruction surgery. Prior to my 10-11 hour surgery at Cedar Sinai, Dr. Stark helped me manage my pain. He went above and beyond to ensure that I was on the right path to prepare myself for this major, life-changing surgery. He also advised me that I may deal with some long term pain associated with having this surgery and having all this hardware placed onto my spine. He was 100% correct about all of his predictions. I have to admit that Dr. Stark is a life savor. I don't think I would be able to deal with what I have been through if it wasn't for his expertise. He not only takes care of my physical health, but he is a caring Dr. that will tend to your mental health, physical health and everything in between. He truly goes the extra mile like no other Dr. that I have ever met or dealt with. I highly, highly recommend him and his lovely team. His nurse, Wendy is a joy to work with. She always greets me with a smile. Liz, the front dest receptionist is also very kind and sincere. Blanca whom works at this facilti is another gem that I have had the pleasure of knowing and they are all very sweet, kind and professional. They all have tended to all of my needs and requests. I reside on the west end of the valley but I am more than willing to drive to Toluca Lake as needed in order to be seen by this great Dr. Dr. Stark has a wonderful bedside manner as they say. He is a positive person whom does not treat you as a number, but more like family. My biggest worry is when it will come time for him to retire as I will not know what to do at that point. If you are lucky enough to have him as your PCP, you will feel as fortunate as I do! He is the BEST!

I have been seeing Dr Marsh for 10 years. My sister and my dad (very complicated health history) see him now too. He is smart, thorough, and has great bedside manner. When I’ve twice needed hospitalization at Providence, he has been attentive and is well-respected at the hospital. His main nurse (Marjorie?) always gets a vein on the first attempt and I’m a difficult stick. Blanca is great and helpful.

I have been a patient of Dr. Stark for many years and I trust him as a doctor. My only complaint would be the wait time to see him.

Your treatment of your patients is profoundly hypocritical. On Tuesday September 17, I had an appointment with Dr. Marsh. He was 1 1/2 hours late seeing me. I was offered a weak apology. On Thursday September 19 I had an appointment with Dr. Shear. Due to the unannounced closure of the 170 south, my 10 minute trip to your office took me an hour. Upon arriving 25 minutes late, at 11:40 am, I was informed that the doctor had left for the day. Previously I had been told that Dr. Shear would be in the office from 9-12. How long did he wait for me? 5 minutes? 10 minutes? I had arrived well within the time frame that he was scheduled to be there. Why couldn't he show me a modicum of patience that you expect from your patients. In all of the years that I have come to your office, I have never been late, even though your doctors regularly are. I arrived to my appointment, I was seeing by Dr. Aida. She asked me the reason for the visit. I told her that I had a pain on the right side bellow the armpit , she check the right and the left, than, answered to my cuestions, afterwards referred me for further investigation

Well my appointment time was 2:45 & I did not see the doctor until around 4:20 pm. After an hour or so I asked the lady at the desk how much longer & she said that there were 5 people in rooms before me. So when I finally saw Dr.Stark who I like & is usually not rushed- was very rushed this time & obviously couldn’t wait for me to leave. He was overbooked, I guess & I needed some referrals which he supplied. He told me to come back

Just a few things I love about this practice - Dr Marsh - incredible! Always on time with appts (I do 7am appts, love that they have early times before the work day begins). Excellent, efficient, friendly and helpful staff. It’s a great experience. I highly recommend Dr Marsh.

Dr. Hernandez is a good listener & is there for whatever concerns I may have; he always makes my visit easy! I also loved seeing Dr. Marsh but working for BUSD I try not to miss school, so I miss seeing him!

I am a patient of Dr. Hernandez but he was unavailable so I scheduled an appointment with Aida. Let me start by saying that I LEFT THE OFFICE CRYING. I have severe anxiety disorder and PTSD and I had been out of my anxiety medication for a week because without it I have trouble making appointments and leaving the house. I have been on the same medication for years and Dr. Hernandez has always been very calm and supportive and amazing and has helped me so much with my sobriety. But due to my anxiety I have to be on stronger medication to be able to function when it gets really bad. When I went into the appointment Aida was extremely cold and disrespectful to me. I told her that I needed to refill my PRN anxiety med script that I had ran out of and she started asking me about this random doctors name with 0 context about what the doctor was related to and I kept asking her what her question was in reference to she refused to answer me just kept asking me "Who is [Doctors Name]." Eventually I finally realized that she was talking about a medication that I switched to a different provider because they offer telehealth and brought it up and she finally told me thats what she was asking about. But instead of just saying "Hey this record shows that theres a different doctor listed for [medication], did you change providers for this [medication]" she just kept grilling me like she was trying to trap me into lying about the fact that I had switched doctors for that specific medication. Here's the thing - I never asked her to refill that script. Because I didn't need her to. So for her to berate me like I'm trying to double dip was just insanely unnecessary. So, of course, then my anxiety kicked up even more than it already was. And I tried to verbalize that to her, but she didn't care. I asked if she could help refill my anxiety medication and then she started telling me that I should go see a different doctor and not go to their office. It took me YEARS to find a doctor that I felt safe and comfortable and actually HEARD like I do with Hernandez. She started lecturing me on how patients get addicted to medications and they keep asking for more like I had asked her to triple my dose or something WHICH I DIDN'T. Then when I started having a full blown anxiety attack and started crying she switched up her "reasoning" and started spewing this BS about how "its her job to inform patients about other options" when I never asked nor wanted "other options". Eventually she agreed to actually fill out my script but then never even asked me what dose and ended up giving me the LOWEST dose probably so she can just try to prove that I'm trying to "get more" instead of actually bothering to ask me about how I have to manage my panic attacks when my PTSD and anxiety gets really bad. Then when I tried to leave the office she tried to make me stay and said she "wanted to talk" and I just left because ONE MORE SECOND with her I would have not been able to move and then she would have probably called me a drug seeker for that. SHE IS A HORRIBLE PERSON. DO NOT SEE HER IF YOU HAVE ANY FORM OF ANXIETY ISSUES BECAUSE SHE IS THE WORST LEAST UNDERSTANDING "DOCTOR" EVER AND SHE WILL LITERALLY JUST TRY TO TRAP YOU INTO MAKING YOU FEEL LIKE BEING ON MEDICATION FOR ANXIETY IS DRUG SEEKING AND TELL YOU TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I love Dr. Hernandez, but my experience with her was almost enough to make me stop trying to see him because when I tried to call and file a complaint about my visit with her the office told me "they don't have anything for filing complaints against doctors" and when i asked to not be paired with her ever again they told me "well you've seen her in the past" like somehow because I've seen her in the past therefore I shouldn't be allowed to ask to not ever be paired with her again??? How does that make sense!!!

As a person who tightly controls her environment, I always feel vulnerable when visiting a doctor. It was very easy to get the appointment I needed and I felt the doctor was attentive, knowledgeable, and personable.

Dr Stark Is amazing! im in treatment and my iop made the appointment for me and I was on my way within an hour and the uber ride litetally took longer than the whole entire appointment including the wait. The staff is very nice and I loved that he was straight to the point because people do have busy lives. But he also made sure my meds are keeping me comfortable and made it clear that if I start to run out all I need to do is let him know and he’ll make changes. I loved him!

Discussed a wide variety of symptoms. Dr. recommended and had several tests done during visit including blood, urine, ekg, and heart rate. Tentatively scheduled follow up and chest xray for 5/24/24 since radiologist was not available at this time. Office to inform me if radiologist will be available on that date.

I highly recommend Dr. Stark. I appreciate his support and I have the concierge service with him so he’s available whenever I need to get a hold of him. My oldest son has outgrown his pediatrician and I want him to start seeing Dr. Stark as his primary doctor.

Very disappointed to see this once trusted office remove airborne mitigations. Half the staff aren’t masked while some have downgraded to baggy blues. Some of the smarter staff are in N95s at least. No clean air tools either. No mask requirements for patients either. Not ideal if you want to stay protected from airborne illnesses but have to go in. This wasn’t always the case here but alas, they’ve eroded mitigations.

Aida was amazing took her time to explain everything to me. I felt heard and like I was in good hands and on the road to healing! Thanks Aida! Staff was so nice and facility was clean. Great experience!

Dr Marsh is not only an exceptional doctor keeps working until the patient is happy. He’s also very personable to help people who have anxiety issues.

He is kind and patient, listens carefully to the reason for the visit, asks pertinent questions, and then explains in detail what course of treatment he recommends. His practice is well run and does not involved long wait times to get scheduled and seen. I deducted one star for a particular reason. This took place in the "previous to last" visit of mine to his office when i noticed a change unusual in Doctor Marsh's examination style; he mentioned a test and followed by having an assistant come into the examination room and she did a rehearsed short presentation/sales type of introduction to the examination procedure; apparently it would be summed up by the results and a following possible medical order. I am not calling this sales event positive or negative. I merely noticed it as completely different from his usual style of examination, which from myself and the good doctor has always been styled at the examination with a quick yet quite educational answers to any questions I may be considering at this time. I will mention that in 35 years of our doctor/patient relationship that Doctor Marsh uses with me, I never leave the office without having received clear educational answers to my questions in the briefly concerned style that I am accustomed to expecting from Doctor Marsh. I have been coming here for awhile now. I first saw Dr. Stark back when they were inside the hospital at St.Joseph. And since they moved to Vineland Ave I have been with Dr. Hernandez. Over 8-10 years at least. Dr. Hernandez has been great. And he has helped with many referrals. Yesterday I called in the morning and was able to get an appointment for the end of the day. And I already have my referral appointment set up.

Dr Marsh has been my doctor for some years. I was very hesitant at first because my previous primary was an absolute gem, but he moved and told me I'd be transferred. Dr Marsh is also amazing. He's a rarity in my experience. He stays up to date, he's empathetic, he listens, and he's an actual partner in my care. I adore Dr. Marsh. Honestly, as a zebra, I have a plethora of medical issues and I know I can be a difficult patient with copious needs. I deeply appreciate him taking the time to sit with me and address all of my concerns. When you have a rare, chronic illness like I do, you tend to encounter a lot of medical professionals who don’t know much and don’t care. Doctor Marsh always listens to me, addresses my concerns, knows what he’s talking about, and puts a smile on my face. Which, when you’re living with chronic pain, it can be difficult to smile sometimes. He’s a true gem and I selfishly hope he never retires. (Even though I know he deserves to be sitting on a beach somewhere, drinking a Diet Coke and living his best life.)

Before meeting Aida I was always reluctant to see a PA instead of a doctor. That’s no longer the case. I feel confident seeing her. She’s both intelligent and personable. She’s patient and listens. There are people in the medical field that don’t take the time to listen to what you have to say. Definitely not the case with Aida. If you can’t get an appointment with your doctor and are offered one with Aida, take it.

Dr Stark takes care of our whole family. Not just with medicine when we are sick but we recently recd a diagnosis of Frontal tempera lobe dementia. It was tracked by Dr.Stark and I first noticing a change in temperament in my loved one. He recommended follow ups with brilliant cognitive MDs. Now we are navigating our new normal which changes daily. Dr. Stark checks on how “I’m” doing. As a new struggling caregiver. He cares for the whole human experience. We consider him indispensable.

Dr. Stark is the best physician I have ever had. He’s thorough and kind and he laughs at my jokes even though he’s heard them 1000 times. He makes going to the doctor less stressful and that’s worth it’s weight in gold.
