Dr Marsh has been my primary care doctor for decades. He is an excellent physician and does not hesitate to refer you to the best specialists if necessary. He is truly caring and understands a patients concerns and fears. I recommend him to everyone.

The front office girls, and the girls that take the appointments are all pros. I worked in television production, and I worked with professionals, and the only people I find in the real world that are as professional as the people I worked with. Are the girls in the front office at the doctors office and the dentist office. When the girl says we don’t take that Insurance you need to listen to her. She’s a pro. I said to her, you should say to me what part of I don’t take the insurance don’t you understand Mark lmao that Studio talk A doctor he’s just as good. He believes in me that I know my body better than anybody else and doesn’t force blood pressure medication on me. He sees that my blood pressure numbers are good because I take notes and tells me just to monitor my blood pressure I was a studio engineer. I was a body man car painter mechanic I just know how to fix things thank goodness he believes in me.

He understood my problem and gave mevthe assistance I needed. Very pleased.

I went for routine blood work but had another issue I wanted to discuss with Dr Marsh. They took me in without an appt and Dr Marsh arrived shortly thereafter. I was able to get the treatment I needed without any hassles. Dr Marsh and his practice are awesome.

I was very disturbed to hear the way a friend of mine was treated by this so-called Doctor Marsh.. Not surprised after reading the reviews here he sounds like a real piece of work. My friend is just about to turn 76 years old and after a brain scan this dirt-bag walks in and tells him he has hardening of the arteries in his brain, says "I'm sorry" and turns around and walks away. What kind of a so-called Doctor treats a patient like that? No discussion ?? Just turns his back and walks away with no discussion? No Advice? I hope this clown suffers a similar fate sooner than later. Zero compassion, no bedside manner, this sob should have his license revoked yesterday! Lets hope he suffers in his final years!

Dr Marsh has been our family doctor for 40 years, always attentive and always spot on with diagnosis, he saved my life with early diagnosis of colon cancer and his medical team is all top notch experts, when I had my first attack of kidney stones his diagnosis and recommended solution was, as always, correct. Last Tuesday I had sore throat and as in past cold or flu casas I expected he would look at my throat and give me some pills and all would be fine, except this time he looked at it and instantly recognized this is not regular step throat and recommended I go to ER because I have COVID, and just like always he was right, I was diagnosed at St Joseph's Hospital ER and admitted the same day. And here I am 2 days in in recovery, all signs are am out of danger and after the excellent treatment of the team of doctors and nurses at the St Joseph's Medical Center I may be going to be discharged to go home tomorrow. You can trust Dr March with any medical condition you may have, he will make sure you come out healthy, but word of caution, never not follow his instruction, he will get mad at you like your father used to when you didn't listen. My highest recommendation for Dr Marsh and his team. Thank you Dr Marsh!!!

I cannot recommend this practice to anyone. A few weeks ago, my annual physical was canceled because my physician had a meeting. I was traveling for work and couldn’t immediately reschedule. While I was away, another physician in the practice refused to refill my long standing prescription unless I came in for an in person visit. No one from the office bothered to tell me. I only found out because my pharmacy informed me the refill had been denied. I then had to call the office myself just to figure out what happened. Since my regular physician wasn’t available, I scheduled with Dr. Hernandez. My appointment was at 3:15 p.m. I arrived on time and sat in the waiting room for over 30 minutes. I was finally taken to an exam room, where I then waited another 31 minutes without anyone checking on me or offering an explanation. When I finally spoke up, the two nurses simply told me other patients were ahead of me. There was no apology and no concern whatsoever for my time. I explained that I needed to leave to pick up my child from school. Instead of trying to accommodate me or apologizing, I was essentially pointed toward the door. The front desk receptionist is, without question, the rudest medical office employee I have ever dealt with. I asked for my copay to be refunded since I never saw a physician. Her response was that I would have to wait for a manager to call me “in a few days.” Again, no apology, no attempt to resolve the issue, just a dismissive and hostile attitude. Unfortunately, this wasn’t even my first bad experience with her. On a previous visit, someone parked behind my car and blocked me in because the office has no valet or parking management. When I asked for assistance, she flatly told me there was nothing she could do. I even tried to have the vehicle towed but needed help locating the building manager. She refused to provide any information or even ask one of the physicians for assistance, saying they were too busy. I was simply left stranded. The entire office operates as though patients are an inconvenience rather than the reason the practice exists. Communication is terrible, customer service is nonexistent, and no one seems to care how patients are treated. My wife takes the exact same medication through a different physician, and her doctor has never required unnecessary in person visits simply to continue a stable prescription. From canceled appointments, denied prescriptions without notice, excessive wait times, rude staff, and complete indifference to patients, this has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a medical practice. There are too many physicians who actually value their patients to waste your time here. I would strongly recommend taking your healthcare elsewhere.

I had outstanding service from Dr. Stark and his whole office team on 5/20/26. I had surgery on 5/5/26 and was recovering well, until I wasn't. I felt lousy for 3 days and the surgeon was nonresponsive. I called the office and they got me in to see Dr. Stark that SAME DAY!! He examined me, did lab work, gave me pain medication, and ordered a CT scan. I was in and out of the office in under 2 hours. Dr. Stark called me at home the next day to ask how I was doing. He is an excellent doctor. He is kind, caring, and compassionate. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND him!! I am so grateful for his care!!

I’m 72 years old now and I’m blessed, yes I said blessed to have Doctor Hernandez as my primary physician. My health problems are legion a takes a lot of sorting out one from the others. Dr. Hernandez is unrelenting in finding the cause(s) Most of all he listens to me carefully and trusts me to have an insider’s view as to what the problem(s) is/are. This sounds so basic to diagnoses, but that hasn’t always been the case. Fortunately I was directed to the Providence Group early on. I’ve been with them for over 30 years. Dr Hernandez is on it! We are not young and as we change he explains. We are frequent flyers, we are there weekly. He is always happy to see us and asks questions like we weren’t just there. This has kept us on our toes and catches stuff we once in awhile forget! Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Truly you can’t do better!!

The best of the best! Dr. Marsh and his care team truly care about every patient. 35 years as my doctor and I couldn’t be happier to know I can always count on him!

I have written reviews for Dr. Marsh and his team over the years and my faith in him has never wavered. He is a rare breed these days in that he truly cares about his patients and their needs. He has always been there for me and my family for over 35 years. May he never retire. Love him to pieces!

It was my understanding that Dr Marsh referred me to Dr Stark. When he was ill Dr Hernandez covered for him. I NEVER AGREED to retain Dr Hernandez, especially when he prescribed $150 medication, not covered by insurance with no explanation about side effects, purpose or any other info. I am not used to being treated like that. He refused to call Dr Wu when I requested it. He did not know the extent of my surgeries either, nor did he appear to care. I do not understand why this doctor change was made without my consent and I would appreciate an explanation. I was under the misguided info that my doctor was Dr Stark and no one had the courtesy nor respect to explain the change. This is not what has existed at Premier prior to this. When I have never needed decent care as much as now I do not understand this type of behavior by a professional. I could not be more concerned.

Luis was filling in for Dr Stark. Dr Marsh told me to go to Dr Stark because of his knowledge of drug therapy. After 3 surgeries at Cedars I would have thought Dr Hernandez would have known more about the situation. This experience has been hell with excruciating pain

My visit with Dr Marsh is always GREAT !! Hope that Medicare does not take away more services from him. Now It took me over two weeks to get appointment for lab work??? Then results? One more week???? It used to be take samples and results with in 10 days!!!!!

Dr. Stark is the first physician who did not prejudge me, but listened to me intently, asked me questions, and became my partner in my healthcare. I respect him very much as a physician. I had a condition other Docs dismissed as due to being overweight. I was getting desperate with my pain and shortness of breath. Dr. Stark diagnosed it with a simple XRAY which others had said was not necessary. The office runs very well and the nurses are kind and professional.

Had my reservations seeing a nurse practitioner, but she was excellent and felt very comfortable. She took her time with me and I felt in good hands. Will definitely see her again if Dr Stark is not available. Kudos to the job she’s doing

My husband and I like Aida very much.. When Dr. Marsh isn't available we ask to see Aida. She's very knowledgeable. She listens to her patients, takes her time with you until she decides the best treatment for your problem. I would highly recommend her. You won't be disappointed.

The thing i appreciate the most about Aida is her TIME. she spends TIME asking questions, listening to my concerns, symptoms, fears, etc. and then making a concrete plan. It's nice to be SEEN.

It is rare nowadays to find a doctor that exceeds your expectations in every way. Dr. Bruce is the coolest down to earth physician that I've been to. He spent a lot of time with me.
