I've been seeing Dr. Marsh for more than 30 years but, on occasion, I've had the opportunity to see Dr. Fernandez. I've found him friendly, open, attentive and very thorough. No complaints at all. in fact, if/when Dr. Marsh retires, I would absolutely consider Dr. Fernandez to carry on the tradition!

I cannot recommend this practice to anyone. A few weeks ago, my annual physical was canceled because my physician had a meeting. I was traveling for work and couldn’t immediately reschedule. While I was away, another physician in the practice refused to refill my long standing prescription unless I came in for an in person visit. No one from the office bothered to tell me. I only found out because my pharmacy informed me the refill had been denied. I then had to call the office myself just to figure out what happened. Since my regular physician wasn’t available, I scheduled with Dr. Hernandez. My appointment was at 3:15 p.m. I arrived on time and sat in the waiting room for over 30 minutes. I was finally taken to an exam room, where I then waited another 31 minutes without anyone checking on me or offering an explanation. When I finally spoke up, the two nurses simply told me other patients were ahead of me. There was no apology and no concern whatsoever for my time. I explained that I needed to leave to pick up my child from school. Instead of trying to accommodate me or apologizing, I was essentially pointed toward the door. The front desk receptionist is, without question, the rudest medical office employee I have ever dealt with. I asked for my copay to be refunded since I never saw a physician. Her response was that I would have to wait for a manager to call me “in a few days.” Again, no apology, no attempt to resolve the issue, just a dismissive and hostile attitude. Unfortunately, this wasn’t even my first bad experience with her. On a previous visit, someone parked behind my car and blocked me in because the office has no valet or parking management. When I asked for assistance, she flatly told me there was nothing she could do. I even tried to have the vehicle towed but needed help locating the building manager. She refused to provide any information or even ask one of the physicians for assistance, saying they were too busy. I was simply left stranded. The entire office operates as though patients are an inconvenience rather than the reason the practice exists. Communication is terrible, customer service is nonexistent, and no one seems to care how patients are treated. My wife takes the exact same medication through a different physician, and her doctor has never required unnecessary in person visits simply to continue a stable prescription. From canceled appointments, denied prescriptions without notice, excessive wait times, rude staff, and complete indifference to patients, this has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a medical practice. There are too many physicians who actually value their patients to waste your time here. I would strongly recommend taking your healthcare elsewhere.

I had outstanding service from Dr. Stark and his whole office team on 5/20/26. I had surgery on 5/5/26 and was recovering well, until I wasn't. I felt lousy for 3 days and the surgeon was nonresponsive. I called the office and they got me in to see Dr. Stark that SAME DAY!! He examined me, did lab work, gave me pain medication, and ordered a CT scan. I was in and out of the office in under 2 hours. Dr. Stark called me at home the next day to ask how I was doing. He is an excellent doctor. He is kind, caring, and compassionate. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND him!! I am so grateful for his care!!

I’m 72 years old now and I’m blessed, yes I said blessed to have Doctor Hernandez as my primary physician. My health problems are legion a takes a lot of sorting out one from the others. Dr. Hernandez is unrelenting in finding the cause(s) Most of all he listens to me carefully and trusts me to have an insider’s view as to what the problem(s) is/are. This sounds so basic to diagnoses, but that hasn’t always been the case. Fortunately I was directed to the Providence Group early on. I’ve been with them for over 30 years. I had to get preop blood work, EKG, and Chest x-ray done. I am thrilled that I can do all of that in the same location. It makes it so much easier on the patient. As usual everyone was friendly, and helpful.

The best, nicest, smartest, most personalable, most caring- closest thing I’ve gotten to a concierge doctor I’ve gotten to in my 58 years of living.,I actually prefer Dr stark over my concierge physician because he is obviously less expensive but irregardless, he listens & remembers from month to month, instead of it being Groundhogs day, where we spend valuable going over key plays.

Dr Hernandez is on it! We are not young and as we change he explains. We are frequent flyers, we are there weekly. He is always happy to see us and asks questions like we weren’t just there. When the chips are down and you are in the hospital and Dr. Hernandez walks in the door to help guide your care and get you better, and that is everything. He works so hard and cares about his patients. He will give you the time you need to answer the hard questions and give you good direction. Two stays in the hospital for a weird infections that took someone that is never sick to 10 days in the hospital. You need a doctor that can oversee these challenging situations and help YOU! It was my understanding that Dr Marsh referred me to Dr Stark. When he was ill Dr Hernandez covered for him. I NEVER AGREED to retain Dr Hernandez, especially when he prescribed $150 medication, not covered by insurance with no explanation about side effects, purpose or any other info. I am not used to being treated like that. He refused to call Dr Wu when I requested it. He did not know the extent of my surgeries either, nor did he appear to care. I do not understand why this doctor change was made without my consent and I would appreciate an explanation. I was under the misguided info that my doctor was Dr Stark and no one had the courtesy nor respect to explain the change. This is not what has existed at Premier prior to this. When I have never needed decent care as much as now I do not understand this type of behavior by a professional. I could not be more concerned.

Dr. Stark is the first physician who did not prejudge me, but listened to me intently, asked me questions, and became my partner in my healthcare. I respect him very much as a physician. I had a condition other Docs dismissed as due to being overweight. I was getting desperate with my pain and shortness of breath. Dr. Stark diagnosed it with a simple XRAY which others had said was not necessary. The office runs very well and the nurses are kind and professional.

I’m glad she was available. I have symptoms of UTI and she prescribed medicine. So far i had 3 fevers and show signs of not as foggy. Trying bare it out.. hopefully it its better in the next three days.

Dr Hernandez always listens and pays attention. He never misses a step with us!! His Support staff know we are and always treat us with kindness and respect!! no problems with our insurance. We've been coming here at least fifteen years!

My visit went as expected. Front desk check-in was cordial. Waiting to be seen was an acceptable time period. Dr Marsh listened to my concerns and was very through and made suggestions for additional testing. Marjorie drew blood for testing and she is absolutely the best. Checkout was a breeze and friendly. I highly recommend Dr Marsh as a physician.

Called and got appointment for an ear infection the same day, YEAH!! She was very good, exam and prescription ordered at cvs, in 1 hour I was all set and back home.

I’ve been a patient at this office for many years, but this was my first time working with Nurse Practitioner Aida Mahfood — and I cannot say enough good things about her. When I first saw Aida, my blood sugar was dangerously out of control. From day one, she showed an incredible level of care, making frequent calls to my home just to check on me. She kept me fully informed of every test result and always let me know if there was anything I needed to be concerned about. Thanks to her attentive guidance and unwavering support, I went from type 1 diabetes levels to pre-diabetic numbers in about 5 months — something I didn’t think was possible. I feel truly comfortable and cared for with Aida, and I couldn’t be more grateful. I’m healthier today because of her. She’s simply the best.
