The best of the best! Dr. Marsh and his care team truly care about every patient. 35 years as my doctor and I couldn’t be happier to know I can always count on him!

I have written reviews for Dr. Marsh and his team over the years and my faith in him has never wavered. He is a rare breed these days in that he truly cares about his patients and their needs. He has always been there for me and my family for over 35 years. May he never retire. Love him to pieces!

It was my understanding that Dr Marsh referred me to Dr Stark. When he was ill Dr Hernandez covered for him. I NEVER AGREED to retain Dr Hernandez, especially when he prescribed $150 medication, not covered by insurance with no explanation about side effects, purpose or any other info. I am not used to being treated like that. He refused to call Dr Wu when I requested it. He did not know the extent of my surgeries either, nor did he appear to care. I do not understand why this doctor change was made without my consent and I would appreciate an explanation. I was under the misguided info that my doctor was Dr Stark and no one had the courtesy nor respect to explain the change. This is not what has existed at Premier prior to this. When I have never needed decent care as much as now I do not understand this type of behavior by a professional. I could not be more concerned.

Luis was filling in for Dr Stark. Dr Marsh told me to go to Dr Stark because of his knowledge of drug therapy. After 3 surgeries at Cedars I would have thought Dr Hernandez would have known more about the situation. This experience has been hell with excruciating pain

Dr. Stark is the first physician who did not prejudge me, but listened to me intently, asked me questions, and became my partner in my healthcare. I respect him very much as a physician. I had a condition other Docs dismissed as due to being overweight. I was getting desperate with my pain and shortness of breath. Dr. Stark diagnosed it with a simple XRAY which others had said was not necessary. The office runs very well and the nurses are kind and professional.

Had my reservations seeing a nurse practitioner, but she was excellent and felt very comfortable. She took her time with me and I felt in good hands. Will definitely see her again if Dr Stark is not available. Kudos to the job she’s doing

It is rare nowadays to find a doctor that exceeds your expectations in every way. Dr. Bruce is the coolest down to earth physician that I've been to. He spent a lot of time with me. He was very thorough, empathetic, knowledgeable and kind. I will be going back for sure. If your looking for a Dr. you can trust, Dr. Bruce is your guy!

I’m glad she was available. I have symptoms of UTI and she prescribed medicine. So far i had 3 fevers and show signs of not as foggy. Trying bare it out.. hopefully it its better in the next three days.

Although Dr Marsh is my primary doctor he wasn't in so I chose to see the Nurse practitioner, Aida. Not knowing me, she took her time to hear my concerns and address them in a very friendly and positive manner. I'd feel very confident in seeing her again.

Dr Marsh has been my GP for about 35 years which should say a little about how I feel bout his services...I can't imagine ever going to anyone else. I’ve been a patient at this office for many years, but this was my first time working with Nurse Practitioner Aida Mahfood — and I cannot say enough good things about her. When I first saw Aida, my blood sugar was dangerously out of control. From day one, she showed an incredible level of care, making frequent calls to my home just to check on me. She kept me fully informed of every test result and always let me know if there was anything I needed to be concerned about. Thanks to her attentive guidance and unwavering support, I went from type 1 diabetes levels to pre-diabetic numbers in about 5 months — something I didn’t think was possible. I feel truly comfortable and cared for with Aida, and I couldn’t be more grateful. I’m healthier today because of her. She’s simply the best.

Woman behind the counter when I walked in was very polite and helpful. I actually made a mistake and arrived at the right time but a day to early. I explained I was in pain and could I possibly get to see Dr Marsh. She went to work on it immediately and after a short time got me in. Dr Marsh and his assistant were very helpful. Dr. Stark is the most thorough and attentive doctor that I've had the privilege to care for my health. He's really in it for me to have a long and healthy life. I never feel as if he is rushing through my appointment just to get on to the next patient. This is not always true of other doctors. Dr. Hernandez just wanted me in and out. I came in April 7th with symptoms of nausea, body aches, and chills and just got my blood and urine sample taken and then he wanted to send me on my way. I had to call Dr. Hernandez back in to let him know that my back pain was really bad and he prescribed me muscle relaxers and an arthritis ointment to put on my back. I wasn’t given an influenza test or Covid test. It’s now April 11th I’m still sick as I was when I went in and I blame that due to the negligent care of Dr. Hernandez. I should have been prescribed medicine that would help my case not just random muscle relaxers that don’t even work. Beyond disappointed.

Dr. Marsh is very intuitive and has provided me with the best medical care of my life.

The wait time was only 10 min. and the nurse was very efficient. The time in the waiting room was short and Dr. Marsh was very personable and caring. I would highly recommend Premier Medical and Dr. Marsh.

Thorough step by step review of all tests, prescriptions, blood, scans, etc. Every time we sit down, I’m annoyed he hasn’t been my Dr. forever.

I could not reach my urologist, so immediately called Dr. Marsh, who squeezed me in to his filled calander. He listened first and then did everything my complaint called for; prescribed the appropriate medication and providing the information for setting up a urogram. However, a day later the situation worsened and I had to visit an emergency room and was admitted for observation.

They used to be good about requiring masks. Now most of the doctors and nurses do not wear high quality respirators, or any mask for that matter. Patients are not required to wear a mask. One nurse was coughing but took my temperature. I want them to understand the importance of reducing airborne illnesses. Masking and true HEPA filters in all rooms would go a long way.

Aida was terrific. Personable, pleasant, thorough, etc. She asked all the appropriate question including specifics on how to take prescribed medications. On the down side, the assistant Alex was horrible. Didn’t seem to care about whether she was there or not. Set me up for a breathing treatment. Didn’t tell if there was a specific way to breath, normal or deep breathing, how long it would take … nothing. Just walked out. Was breathing so long I spent the last 5 minutes breathing with no vapor. Another assistant finally returned and took me off. If I owned that practice, she would be unemployed post haste.

The current consultation with Dr Marsh was excellent he listened and was able to diagnosis my problem within a few minutes. The problem was the parking lot. There is no longer an attendant. This was my first visit . I moved to Burbank from mid city a few years ago. From the front desk on, friendly and efficient. I felt seen and listened to by Dr. Hernandez and we moved forward with some of the tests for an overall medical exam. We are following up with results of tests, he renewed my high blood pressure prescription, and gave me referrals for the rest of the tests and consultations to complete my overall exams. I feel confident I have chosen the right doctor.

I have been seeing Dr. Stark for the past 4+ years. I was referred to him by a pain management Dr. in my area who wasn't able to assist me. I was dealing with some serious back pain and ended up needing a complete spinal reconstruction surgery. Prior to my 10-11 hour surgery at Cedar Sinai, Dr. Stark helped me manage my pain. He went above and beyond to ensure that I was on the right path to prepare myself for this major, life-changing surgery. He also advised me that I may deal with some long term pain associated with having this surgery and having all this hardware placed onto my spine. He was 100% correct about all of his predictions. I have to admit that Dr. Stark is a life savor. I don't think I would be able to deal with what I have been through if it wasn't for his expertise. He not only takes care of my physical health, but he is a caring Dr. that will tend to your mental health, physical health and everything in between. He truly goes the extra mile like no other Dr. that I have ever met or dealt with. I highly, highly recommend him and his lovely team. His nurse, Wendy is a joy to work with. She always greets me with a smile. Liz, the front dest receptionist is also very kind and sincere. Blanca whom works at this facilti is another gem that I have had the pleasure of knowing and they are all very sweet, kind and professional. They all have tended to all of my needs and requests. I reside on the west end of the valley but I am more than willing to drive to Toluca Lake as needed in order to be seen by this great Dr. Dr. Stark has a wonderful bedside manner as they say. He is a positive person whom does not treat you as a number, but more like family. My biggest worry is when it will come time for him to retire as I will not know what to do at that point. If you are lucky enough to have him as your PCP, you will feel as fortunate as I do! He is the BEST!

I have been seeing Dr Marsh for 10 years. My sister and my dad (very complicated health history) see him now too. He is smart, thorough, and has great bedside manner. When I’ve twice needed hospitalization at Providence, he has been attentive and is well-respected at the hospital. His main nurse (Marjorie?) always gets a vein on the first attempt and I’m a difficult stick. Blanca is great and helpful.

I have been a patient of Dr. Stark for many years and I trust him as a doctor. My only complaint would be the wait time to see him.
